I would imagine that being on the receiving end will always be frightful. War is horrible and should be, in most cases, to be avoided. This Syrian civil war is a choice made by both sides. Civilians will always pay a price. The choice is which Syrian side is the lesser of two evils. I enjoy history and I always reflect on the societal values.
